Excellent practice with caring and hard working receptionists, nurses and GPs, all doing their very best in exceptionally difficult circumstances. Hugely impressed with the care myself and family have had from them over the years.

We have always had professional and caring support from this practice as individuals and as a family. The receptionists go out of their way to help you. We have benefitted from years of medical advice and support from doctors and nurses and just thought it was time to acknowledge it and say thank you.

I have just spent a completely wasted half hour as the outcome was “seek medical advice, either phone 111 or go to nearest walk in centre”. I worked that out for myself but thought this owas a preliminary consultation"

Child born abroad and they all refuse to register her and help us. Everyone says they want to help yet no one has called me back or done anything vaguely helpful. She is due her immunizations yet not interested in the health of a newborn. Such a shame as they used to be so lond and helpful. Seems to be a computer says no mentality. Very upset.

I asked the receptionist why the masks are out exposed to everyone's breathing and the receptionist said oh but I'd have to hand them out. Then she glared at me like I said something dumb. So someone can come in cough all over your mask and then you put it on your face and breathe it all upInteresting work ethic. May I suggest a cover of some sort...

Started off as a really good practice with really friendly & professional doctors.Things recently have gone down hill & rapidly.... the doctors don’t listen to your concerns, fob you off with excuses & then when things get so bad that you make a formal complaint they don’t even have the decency to reply to you.Oh well goodbye Bridge Health Centre..... as of today myself & my family have registered elsewhere.Maybe the new surgery will listen & actually help with my medical issue.

Excellent surgery. Easy parking. Appts are readily available. All the GPs I have seen are thorough and listen carefully, helpful reception staff as well. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone in the area. You can even get your medication at the branch surgery which is fantastic.

Did not accept 10 minutes late arrival despite road closure for 0.3 miles to surgery forcing patients to walk to surgery.NHS rule says patients have rights until 20 mins past appointment time. I am a doctor myself and we accept up to 40 mins late. This despite the road to surgery being closed, no leeway.
