It’s been an amazing day out! Jim, the driver, has been very knowledgeable. So much to see, well balanced day tour.The company offer different tours on their website.next time I’ll be in Wales I’ll book with them again.Highly recommended

We went on the half day tour of St Fagans and Llandaff, and I have to say it was brilliant from start to finish. Easy to book the tour, well organised, and for our group of 5 it turned out to be excellent value. Highly recommend this tour if you want to learn more about Wales.

I booked a tour for Friday morning to go to Swansea and Gower. I arrived at the church at 9:30am for my scheduled tour. Nobody showed up, no van. I called the two different numbers, one of their website and one in my confirmation email about 6 times total. Finally someone answered and said my tour had been cancelled. I never got a call or email, which they claim they sent. They said they had refunded me as well. Not true. I came to Wales for 2 days and based my trip around this tour. After I hung up the phone, letting them know how disappointed and unprofessional this was - I received an email for my refund. I’d like them to forward me the email that they supposedly sent me, so I can see a time stamp.I highly suggest using anything company. If there are not enough people signed up, they will not go. So many better companies out there that will respond. I reached out to 4 other companies and got immediate responses but unfortunately tours from the city had already left for the day.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Sketchy, not good at response times and they don’t even send a “prepare for your trip” email outlining what to expect, proper attire and what to bring.

Took the ‘Castles, Mountains & More’ sightseeing tour and really enjoyed it. The scenery was amazing and the guide, Jim was very informative and entertaining. I’m already planning my next tour!

Our all-day sightseeing tour was really worthwhile. We got to see so much of beautiful Wales, including the Brecon Beacons, which were just amazing. Thank you to Roam Wales and our driver Jim for a brilliant experience.

It turned out to be a bit expensive. Since the whiskey tasting, castle tickets and lunch weren't included in the price, we payed 400 pound to be driven around for a day.This was mentioned up front, but I expected some thing like a guide for the castle or stuff like that.
