Giving this vets 1 star is all i can give.Outrageous prices and they have the nerve to call themselves Value Vets. Have been with this vets for 10 years plus but no more.They wanted to charge £101.39p for ear cleaning solution and ear drops,i asked the reception to refund my card i was not given a choice or told if i could get elsewhere cheaper.I went to Pets at Home got ear cleaning solution for£8.00 and ear drops from Ebay for £6.99 how can you justify such extortionate prices more than 400% mark up. I will never step across there threshold again.YOU NEVER SEE A POOR VET now we know why.DISGUSTED X CUSTOMER.

Service is disgusting, as a family we found no compassion from them at all, with our family dog who had sadly passed away they seemed more bothered in rushing her death instead of wanting to cure and care. Seem more bothered about the money and not the life of the animal. Felt like we could of had more information and options and time.We are heartbroken and in shock

Tried to book my dogs in for booster on two separate occasions, due to working full time I normally request a Saturday appointment and I don't mind travelling to another branch. However every time my wife calls up we get the same excuses that the have NO boosters due to ect (any excuses they come up with ) . What a joke.

I would have given this vets no stars if it was an option. There is no care shown at this vets, please don't take your pet there as I have been left traumatised after witnessing my dog deteriate after a trip there. Just a few hours later I stayed awake the whole night to care for my dog and less then 12 hours later my pet was in an awful, distressed state after suffering a massive fit she never recovered from. They took 840.01 pound from me and even asked if I had the penny. They was too busy counting my money to speak to or acknowledge me or my dog despite me waiting around for a few minutes deliberately to see if I'd be acknowledged, but We wasn't. I'm so glad I didn't take my dog there to be put to sleep and called on dignipets who were caring, sympathetic, kind understanding and actually felt your pain. I couldn't have taken my dog to the vets but instead called gignipets and so glad I did they made the horrific passing of my dog bearable. Please don't use this vet there isnt an ounce of compassion in the staff there. Happy to take your money and prescribed meds that will be of no benefit. They don't care. Never met such a heartless stone face bunch of people in such a profession. Save yourself and you beloved pet the pain!

My wife takes our rescue cat there. They have been very good.

the worst vet where I was! the doctor was not nice, he shouted and jerked my 3-month-old kitten, we were helped by a nice lady doctor Maria ake I can't give a good assessment because there are also incompetent people working at the reception, I advise against!

Over lovely beautiful dog jess was shown no compassion for her or the family they didn't even say goodbye after counting the £850 they charged for scan blood test and some medications. She our jess suddenly took a turn for the worse after medications in less than 12 hours after going to see them she had a massive fit which lasted about 3 minutes , what our family experienced was so awful and so very stressful Jess was trying to walk around but kept banging into doors and walls, she has always been such a happy girl. When jess had the fit and mini fits after we didn't even bother with value vets so dissgust with them they are just money grabers. Whe called dignipets and they were so lovely and compassionate and came to our home to give Jess the best care and give her a couple of injections one a anaesthetic to ease her into a deep sleep and to give us time with her before she went to sleep for ever. I didn't want to give value vets a one star but couldn't send this message without scoring . But 5 star plus to dignipets
