I drove over from Manchester as pawnbrokergold has such a vast amount to offer, absolute great communication, great knowledge in there game and real lovleh people to purchase from..I went for a gold chain and walked away with a matching bracelet aswel due to the large stock and range of jewellery on offer.

All I can say is EXCELLENT!!! I had been looking for a gold bangle and found just the right one. I purchased the bangle nervously as it had been pre owned. There was no need to worry my £900 bangle is 32 grams solid gold and arrived the next day, beautifully wrapped and shining like brand new. Thank you for your excellent service, I will have no problem in recommending you at all. I only wish all the best to the previous owner and I will treasure it til I die!!!Many thanks again.

Been married nearly 35 years and my wedding ring was damaged in year 5. Never worn one since. Charlotte at Pawnbrokergold has just reshaped and resized it after all these years I can wear it again. Amazing service.

Went in for wedding ring shopping and they couldn't do enough to help us. We also left our engagement rings for re-sizing. The service was quick, reasonably priced and they did a wonderful job.

All round bad vibe from this shop. My partner paid for a ring Thursday, then a phone call Saturday to say ready for Monday, then a call Monday to say we can't find the ring, then insulting us with you can have this one instead and save £40 we can take the rim off, what? A bit like ordering a bottle of Farenheit and getting a bottle of Kouros. My previous experience with this shop is having a gun pointed at me when I approached the robbers.

I bought a beautiful ring from here. I was a bit unsure at first on what I would receive for pre loved jewellery. My ring arrived and was exactly as described and looks amazing on. I bought a Celtic ring I found on line but had to ring up as it was too small very nice lady took my details had it resized and all done in less than a week would use again and recommend

My item arrived via post, unfortunately the ring was not New as described. It was clean, but had clear wear and tear marks, a couple of dents and scratches into the gold. The ring is beautiful and as an older style I still wanted to keep the ring. I complained to customer service via email, over the obvious not as described piece of jewellery. They offered a return and full refund. I said I wanted to keep the product, but wanted a discount and sent photographs to show the issues. They refused this. Even though upon checking the website they have two ring's identical, one was used and one was new. I asked if I had been sent the wrong one and they stated no, which I have to take on good faith. However the price was different the other ring was 10% cheaper, which is what I wanted a 10% discount for the used quality. The company refused. I will pay to sort this myself and keep the product, but I will never order from them again. Unfortunately I could not source this ring elsewhere and i loved it upon trying it on.
