Had our caravan fully fitted throughout with carpets underlay and vinyl by Mathiesobs on Monday 6th March . The fitters were lovely and chatty and done an excellent job. Price very reasonable too. Would definately recommend . Thanks so muchMr and Mrs Chappells Fold House park pilling

First night for ages I’ve not woken up with sore elbows since my previous disasters of buying a mattress in a box.I visited Mathiesons to try their very reasonably priced mattresses. After choosing one to replace my foolish internet purchase with a hope I’d have a more restful nights sleep.I didn’t realise mattresses could be the cause for elbow pain and hip pains. Last night was bliss. Thank you for your knowledge and efficient service and a very prompt delivery. It is so important to look after our small independent local shops so my advise would be go and have a look and you won’t be disappointed . Many thanks again

Excellent customer service and advice from Paul and his team. Not pushed into anything out of budget. Excellent quality carpets and laminate purchase. Great carpets fitters - never seen guys work so fast !! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent service. The advice from the sales manager was very helpful in choosing wood floors and carpets. The fitters did a good job arriving early to get stuck into the job - no problem moving furniture to clear a work area and the attention to detail was spot on.

Just moved into the area and needed a mattress, I called into this shop with it being local, the Man was so professional he new his stuff, he recommended a mattress to us and said he can deliver in a couple of days, the 2 guys turned up, they took off their shoes, took the mattress upstairs, removed the plastic placed it on the bed and took away the rubbish, they was very polite and respectful men, the mattress is lovely and comfortable and a very reasonable price. A lovely experience, thank you Mathiesons for a lovely personal service.

MAY 2022Twice I’ve used this fabulous company to furnish caravans with new floor coverings, and twice they’ve done a FABULOUS JOB!!! The vinyl flooring was fitted in ONE PIECE despite a lot of incredibly awkward corners and obstacles - I still don’t understand how they managed it. The carpets too were cut to perfection. Great lads, professional, courteous and quick! Highly, highly recommended.Tom & Liana, Six Arches, Scorton.

Always buy carpets from Paul at Mathiesons . Lots of choice and you can take samples home to check. Also have bought 2 double beds and a mattress from there and all are comfortable and good quality.
