Really nice company very nice guys who know their stuff they sorted out my Kartcher K4 this morning while I waited. I'd definitely recommend this company for great service.

Spoke with Derrick one of the business owners on the phone saying I needed a pressure washer very quickly. Very knowledgable on the phone and I asked if I could pop down to see the machines. I needed the machine for a car dealership and explained my needs. Derrick and the team spent an hour going through different options and were so attentive, knowledgable and custom made a package to suit my needs. One of the best customer experiences I've had and I will be using ECA Cleaning for all my valeting needs in the future.

Excellent service and products delivered by ECA Cleaning. I ordered an MTM hydro bundle and Sam at ECA was super helpful in ensuring I selected the correct parts for my pressure washer. I purchased a 20M hose reel from here and in less than 3 months it burst when I tried to get it resolved all they offered me was a slight discount off a new hose but I refuse to purchase anything from this company again as the customer service isn’t the best and the product don’t last I ended up having to get the hose repaired professionally and they still refused to foot the repair cost. As this is one of my main pieces of equipment I don’t want it out of use so had to pay more money to have it repaired.

I had a small problem for a single fitting, value of order less that £10.00 but Sam found time to discuss and resolve the issue for me, excellent service, excellent company.
