Spot on as always lovely friendly helpful staff even tho I lost my Thailand holiday still got miami to look forward too next year I hope

We just want to say thankyou to these women, they went above and beyond for us. We have been waiting to book a holiday for many years. But family commitments came first. After many bereavements. In the family we decided to just do it. And booked in February, unfortunately covid-19 debilitated many peoples holidays and we thought we couldn't get away. But these women were adamant we would go somewhere. The first holiday was cancelled. They worked tirelessly to get us somewhere else.. that too was cancelled 4 days before we were due to leave... but they got us to kos. And what holiday we had. It was amazing weather was beautiful resort was stunning. We got everything and more than we asked for so once again Eloise, Zena, Louise. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts
