Emergency Protection Limited

Bought myself a Guardian Angel Elite series light for recovery work! Cannot fault the product or Doug one bit, excellent customer service and product, above and beyond the call of duty for a sales rep. The product itself is a great bit of kit for giving me just that little extra bit of cover while working at the side of the road. Thouroughly recommend it and buying from this site!

I recently placed an order and almost immediately after got an email from Doug who informed me the product was out of stock due to them selling fast, but, he had a new shipment coming in. He offered me an alternative or the option to wait. I chose to wait as it wasnt urgent and despite this, he got it posted next day delivery the day the stock arrived at their depot. Doug's communication throughout has been brilliant, not something you get much these days. He even messaged me to answer a question when he was at a conference and not in the office. Outstanding customer service and brilliant products at a great price. I will definately buy from Emergency Protection again and can unreservedly recommend them. Lastly, thanks again Doug.
