The atmosphere in Melody salon is professional, simple and inviting. She does an excellent job. She is able to understand hair type and texture, thus enabling Her to give you the best haircut for you. A very warm and friendly person, I highly recommend her.

I just had my eyebrows waxed & the lady had completely cut into my eyebrow. I now have a bald patch in the middle of my eyebrow. The manager simply coloured in the bald patch with a pencil. Im going to need a brow tint to cover the shops mistake. I was not charged for his waxing due to her error, but nor was a resolution found other than a £1 brow pencil. Absolutely terrible , DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT HALF OF YOUR EYEBROW REMOVED.

I have been to this salon for my Manicure and Pedicure. Definitely recommend it as Emma was so patient and kind to what I wanted. She did whatever I wanted and no cu in my cuticles at all. Her pedicure was fantastic and relaxing. Can’t tell more how great she was.

Came here and expected my nails done in a nice professional way, But instead, I’ve had a traumatising experience. my nails were completely destroyed. My cuticles were bleeding. My nails have been filed down to a point where they are so thin and they hurt. I have several cuts on my fingers. It took the woman one hour and 45 minutes to do hombre and it looked like she was drawing on them, as if she was a five-year-old child I looked like I had drumsticks on my fingers, Once I told her I wasn’t happy with them. She then proceeded to say she couldn’t do hombre because of the powder and she asked me if I wanted French tip after being there for almost 2 hours. She asked me to pay her £45 which I did not pay. I have never been so angry and upset in my life, and I plan on suing this company.

I regularly visit this salon and can confidently give them five stars as they are the best salons I have experiences.I will definitely be returning to the salon to continue getting my treatments done as I am always satisfied by their service

Absolutely amazing service. I wanted to get my nails done and I have never received such an immaculate manicure and pedicure. The lady kindly offered to do my eyebrows too! I must say I have found my new favourite salon. Would definitely recommend for quality service !!! <3

The staff was wonderful and very skillful. They did my manicure perfectly compared to the picture I had shown her in the start. I love my new nails. I will definitely be returning for my infills.One more thing I loved about the salon was the number of treatments they offer which was a very wide range and all services I am really interested in

The stylist demonstrates exceptional skill and expertise.She does an excellent job, In the couple hours of me being at his salon I learned a lot about my hair and how to take care of it to make sure it always looks great. Once she was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. My color, cut and overall look was great. I was so happy to see my hair look so great and I loved everything that was done. Thank you Melody

I was so happy with the service i received from this salon! It was such a friendly environment with music playing. I had an excellent facial treatment and manicure which i believe was done up to my standards. I will definitely be returning x

I got a few things done - pedicure, eyelash lift and hair cut and colour! The haircut is by far the best I’ve received and Sama got the colour I wanted perfectly! Definitely will be a regular from now on!
