I cannot reccomend Envision highly enough.The whole team from Nadiya Valli,Dean from environmental health and of corse Ismail Limbada listened to me ,supported me and delivered for me.I had a mouse infestation which I'd reported to council and was told I'd have to pay for pest control.Im a single mum with mental health issues that prevent me from working so they suggested taking out a loan !My 8 year old daughter was terrified and wouldn't sleep or even go to the toilet alone and I myself was having panic attacks almost daily.I'd recently lost my brother in a tragic way and needed peace and to grieve but was on high alert all the time and had to get prescribed sleeping tablets .I tell you this as the situation with the mice really was a massive issue and affecting and damaging our health and well being.Nadiya was reassuring and I felt heard for the first time she was also avaliable at any time on wassap to send evidence through.Ismail prepared and delivered all the evidence in such an effective way we didn't have to go to court.The council have been sending pest control weekly and proofing work is booked in.I know for a fact none of this would of happened without the help of Envision .I'm so grateful to all the team
