Superb food; full of flavour and generous portion sizes. Refreshingly uncomplicated menu. Fair prices. Warm, energetic and friendly staff who were happy to chat to you and assist with reccomendations. Would go out of my way to return here if I happen to be within a 25 mile radius.

Situated a few minutes walk from Troon Seafront on South Portland St. Maharini is a very comfortable dining experience with intimate booths in a nice decor setting. Portions are large so we shared an enormous Tandoori grill of Chicken, Lamb,Ķing Prawn and Shish kebab with rice and cheese nan and poppadums. The grilled meats were accompanied by a piquant, very tasty masala sauce.The young scottish lady serving us was excellent.Very friendly and helpful. A six month gap,since last visit.Tonight i had Tandoori ginger lamb which was delicious. I thoroughly Recommend Maharani to anyone seeking a good asian dining experience. Great food in a traditional atmosphere.

Just had a meal here while staying in Troon. Food was delicious and staff friendly and attentive. Big shout out to Narayan our waiter who is an absolute delight. Will definitely be back next time we visit.

Well worth a visit we went twice in 3 days.food excellent. Staff excellent nice to see the younger staff have a good sense of humour.

Omg this place is to die for, the staff are great, food was amazing, knocks spots of what we can get in Canada. The place was so busy, kudos keep up the good work if you ever want to come to London, Ontario Canada and open a busy you would be busy and popular in no time.Thanks for a great experience

Really busy with phone ringing off the hook with take out orders. However service was very attentive and our order came before too long. Really tasty and hot. Woul highly recommend. I had sing sing chicken. Really good. Best not have too much in way of starters. Portions are large

Always good. Our first visit for 4 years.We were regular visitors before when playing golf in the area.Still excellent food and beer. Friendly owners and staff.Love the place !!!
