went to a GP and he started calling me a failure and started saying i need counselling when Hes sitting there saying stuff like i don't know what im doing with my life. This Surgery is absolutely pathetic dont waste ur time here they do not take you seriously and call you names infront of ur parents. They dont understand even though i went private and got diagnosed and i still got blamed and got called names which make my anxiety even worse. Pathetic!!

Rude, Untrained , clueless and incompetent staff. Doctors doesn't care about their patients. No permanent doctors as keep changing them all the time. Difficult to get appointments.

Since covid this surgery has changed drastically. You cannot make future appointments even though there are a dozen Doctors who are part of the surgery. This surgery is only for the unemployed or the elderly who can attend an appointment within the hour.

Very rude new receptionists. Impossible to book in advance unless you kick up a fuss. Make you feel like your begging for basic services and treat you like an inconvenience not a patient. Completely dehumanising service.

I've rang the surgery since 8. 30am this morning to make an appointment for myself. They picked up the phone at 9.13am and the receptionist informed me that all appointments for the day are gone and told me to call back tomorrow morning or call 111 if it's urgent. As I'm not very well for over a week (I suffer from covid and I need to extend my sick note for work) I've rang 111. After another 48 minutes on the phone I was told that there are AVAILABLE appointments in the Victoria Road Surgery. Due to my symptoms the doctor will not see me though (which is understandable) but they offered me a telephone consultation. If I didn't call 111 I wouldn't get an appointment. I'm with the surgery for several years and I remember how well everything was organised when Doctor Cameron and his team of Receptionists were there. The current team doesn't seem to be bothered about their patients and they are clearly there to serve some sort of punishment. I don't understand why they don't book appointments in advance to prevent overbooking like some of the other surgeries do.

Really poor service recently. I rang up a few days ago to request my usual repeat prescription to then have to chase and find that it has not been put through by anybody so have to wait even longer.I also requested a follow up to the online service form I completed on the surgeries website as nobody had come back to me, and the receptionist didn’t even know what I was on about! Might as well book an appointment - if I can get one!Sort your service out please!

Find another GP. I am. Putting people life at risk and not giving patients real consultation. No temperature taking, no ear check, no assessment. Just pushing flu jab on unwell patients. Not a safe practice. The reception feels unskilled and the phone line goes on unable to take the call as soon as it open at 8.30. it's unbelievable and dangerous.

Tried to make an appointment for cervical screening today, phoned at 8.32 and phone lines already at full capacity, didn't even get put on hold, phone cut off, tried again two more times around 40 minutes later, same happened again. Really disappointing that I can't get through to my own surgery.
