The Drivers are lovely however the buses themselves are probably the most unreliable, services like 75/77 don't/won't tell you of disruptions so your left waiting at bust stops for hours on end, their app won't update you of diversions either there's no notice if the buses are even going to turn up. They literally seem to just cancel half the services/routes on a whim.

Drivers might be nice.. that's great but the worst bus service I've experienced. Never on time.. the timetables are pointless. The 23 and 23a service. If you are planning a journey you need to allow for two not to arrive. If you're travelling in the morning rush hour you can have two that don't turn up and the third drive past you because it's full. What is going on? Every day the same.

Just seen a number 77 bus at around 4:30 near Warren Heath Sainsbury’s take out a little red car. They pulled into the right lane without looking! The little red car had to go on the curb to avoid the bus. I beeped and flashed the driver but he did not stop. I have tried contacting you but your phone line ends the call. Disgusting!

Sadly, our recent experience is long waits for advertised buses which sometimes just don't come at all. With a small child, these waits are unbearable and there are rarely explanations for why they haven't come . We have now stopped using these buses at all. If the company has problems, they need to be honest with their customers

Severely overpriced for an unreliable service that is consistent at being over an hour late. Do not rely on this company.

Myself and several passengers have been waiting for the 8.20 Park and Ride from Martlesham (800), and surprise surprise no bus. It is a joke this service. It is now 08.54. All you get from the drivers are one excuse after another. Then we are told to use the buses to help with the environment and to stop congestion.Sort yourselves out please.

Just met the nicest bus driver ever! Tina who was driving the 66 bus in Ipswich. She was super friendly could tell she has really good customer service with everyone who was getting on, she gave good advice on tickets for the future and dropped me at the stop which was closer for me so very convenient! Thanks Tina for brightening the buses of Ipswich.
