Star Reader Puffin Island Cruises & Fishing

Not quite the same thing but I booked on the fishing trip not the puffin island cruise. Only to have it cancelled on the morning of the trip. Wasn't happy as I booked it several days in advance. To be fair they didn't take a deposit so I didn't lose anything but the weather was perfect and the trip was cancelled due to lack of interest. Real shame. I was part of a group of 3 people all disappointed. I've since organised a group of 10 for another trip but won't be using star reader. Will use one if the charters out of Holyhead instead.

Excellent trip out, although there was a lack of fish caught on the day, due to the season possibly, it was still enjoyable. My grandson Jacob loved seeing thr the seals and porpoises. Skipper was knowledgeable and helpful, will definitely return.
