The most difficult bit of this process was deciding to go with Greener Living in the first place! But after that point it was plain sailing and I was really impressed by the team. Even when one of the switches in our new system proved to be faulty, which required a couple of visits to get sorted - the response was very quick.I was initially put off by some complaints on here that apparently stem from old problems that happened before a recent change in the team, which seems to check out having spoken to a couple of the engineers.Shout out to Joe the technical boffin for helping us get the specs right, Jordan and his efficient install team, Megan and Emma on the phones and the Jack and the other engineers whose names I forget for sorting out the teething problems.We had to have all but one radiator replaced, and two extra added, but disruption was minimal. The heat pump itself is quiet and in comparison to our old gas system, the house in now more evenly and consistently warm and we love having a cistern of hot water on tap like the old days before combo boilers! Would highly recommend it so far.

We decided to take advantage of the renewable heat incentive and contacted Greener Living. They sent a helpful salesman who explained everything clearly and we found it easy to contact them with any questions and they kept us informed every step of the way including dealing with the paperwork for the RHI. The installation was carried out over three days bye helpful knowledgeable installers and all the rubbish was cleared away promptly at the end of the job. We plan to use Greener Living for our solar panel installation later in the year.

Alan the engineer was very knowledgeable in his field I found and his customer attitude very pleasant and helpful when he came to refit a new additional piece of kit to the panel.When calling to report the initial fault Joshua was most helpful and polite.

Greener Living engineers completed our annual service, and fixed a small leak. All the work was completed very satisfactorily and the two engineers were careful and polite. They reassured us that the system was fully functional.

Contacted these folks after they installed an ASHP for a mate of mine. From initial enquiry to finished install the process took 3 weeks, I was very impressed with the speed they moved.I found the installation teams to be polite and considerate of the fact they were working in our home. There were a couple of changes we made during the installation and it helped that I was on hand to make the decisions.The job was to swap our old gas combi boiler with an ASHP and hot water cylinder. The biggest problem we had was there was nowhere to install a hot water cylinder within the house so an insulated cupboard had to be built on the exterior.Day 1 - plumbing, including HW cylinder and new radiatorsDay 2 - electrics, system wired and commissionedDay 3 - insulated cupboard built around cylinderThe installation went as planned the system works exactly as described and Greener Living were very helpful in my application for the RHI grant which I am now in receipt of.My biggest gripes with the install are that the insulated cupboard doesn't feel insulated enough (but then I'm an insulation enthusiast - so maybe it was never going to be) and that the individual trades that came to the house didn't know when their colleagues where coming. They asked several times when such and such was due to which I returned the answer, 'you tell me'. That being said I did ring HQ who were able to tell me what the plan was and when the different trades would be coming. All in all I consider these minor gripes for what is a significant undertaking.The heat pump has been operating for a month now with no issues.

We had our ASHP fitted nearly 5 years ago. We were told not to bother with the pump to heat the water, so we still have our combi just heating the water. We paid nearly £14000 for the pump and also pay£19.99 amonth for the service. In 5 years we have actually managed to get them out to service 3 times. There never on time, that's if they come. Since the energy prices have gone up we can't afford to put the heating on, it takes that long to get warm it costs too much.

We had an air pump fitted in 2021 to find it did not work there was a problem with the thermostat it was reading aboutc7 degrees higher than it actually was an engineer came out and said it was fine but there was a water leak but he would have to rip up all the flooring to fix it as he did not know where it was coming from he leftSeveral phone calls and months later another engineer came out found the leak on their components fixed the leak Then we showed him we had the thermostat outside to enable the heating to come on after checking the thermostat he said it was not working and would order another one well 5months later still waiting.Also heat pump fitted at a height where I have bashed my shoulders on it I have to watch the grandchildren don't walk into it told it can't be moved or put lower so it has to stay in this dangerous position with metal brackets sticking out .Another call made today for replacement thermostat 28/10/2022 to be told they only have one electrician and he is priotised and even though its been 12mths November we are not a priority .We are now in the process of contacting our solicitor and Trading Standings to get the system removed and go elsewhere at Greener livings cost

We always wanted to get quickly onto this Go Green" journey after having Solar PV Panels were installed last month. After a lot of research

Product itself is OK, though two of the radiators aren't working. However, the bigger issues are that the workers stole our property despite specific instructions not to take the radiators and immersion heater, left a huge two foot high pile of rubbish in our garden, damaged our original victorian flooring by throwing tools into the floor, used no protective mats or rugs, dented walls, flooded the kitchen, left an incredible mess all over the house, left holes in our wall from the boiler so we have had to fill with plastic bags and finally and worst of all, they left solder all over the floor, which has gone on to injure my dog as a sharp piece got lodged in between her toe pads. Still waiting money for the stolen items and still waiting for the builders to come and finish the job, as well as an engineer to fix the radiators that aren't working, someone to collect the rubbish and have been told nothing is being done about the damage to our property. All in all, I recommend the product but not the company.

Greener Living have just installed my Heatpump and I have to say have been faultless throughout, from Ash who came originally through to the team that worked all day to make sure the job was done. Solar install is in a few days and I’m hoping that will go as smooth as my Heatpump
