Opening times are incorrect on the website. Says open but when I arrived it was closed.Staff are VERY slow, usually congregating in the back room chit chatting about their personal lives.Certain staff can be abit rude and the chemist is always low on stock or have none of the items you require.If you are in a hurry please give this place a miss as they work at snail pace and if you try prompt them politely you are insulted and made out to be abusive to staff. Not a nice place.

Unfortunately trying to get any medical for this place is like getting blood from a stone and when you call the doctor to ask them to send it over to boots they tell you boots have it you go there they don't have it

Friendly and helpful staff, although only allowing 2 customers in a shop at a time is not very good when it is pouring with rain and no where to shelter outside. I know we have Covid but rules have to be bent sometimes.

Never have any medicines ready despite ordering well beforehand, staff always take their sweet time to help despite being quiet. Oh and it's generally full of junkies.

They do a job but they need more staff. And they could see to people a bit faster than they are doing at the moment they only allow 2 people in at a time. Why not have someone to go out side and take the people's names and see if there piscrisons areready in stead of having them waiting out side for ages.

Friendly efficient service on my doorstep . Have done amazing through difficult times. All Staff are always helpful and polite but Lauren is a little star. She is polite, helpful and good at her job . No matter how unwell I might feel she always makes my heart smile
