Very streamlined service from Stephen. I needed help applying for a building warrant. Stephen took care of everything in terms of the drawings and application. Highly recommend to anyone considering a project in their own home for which they are unsure if they need to go through building control.

I needed retrospective plans advice and plans drawn up. I checked up on good reviews and decided on Stephen. I contacted him, explained my situation and he stated, yes he can do it and what cost, which i thought was very reasonable. I sent him lots of photos of the areas concerned and he stated he would apply all paperwork, plans and photos to local council. I have recently been informed that permission has been granted. We received an excellent service from Stephen at Lothian Plans. He supported us by drawing up and submitting our plans for Planning permission and the building warrant for our planned extension. Stephen also arranged for a structural engineer to undertake a survey and draw up required plans. Stephen is knowledgable, professional and good to work with. We used Lothian Plans to draw architectural plans for alterations to our kitchen. Stephen replied to my enquiry promptly, he was reliable, helpful and has knowledge of building standards regulations.
