Appalling attitude for a post office, and small business. They should be ashamed of themselves, the pi*s poor service they provide is embarrassing. Went in with some pre-paid parcels, woman told me to leave them and come back later (As if ive got nothing better to do with me time). She sarcasticly said, other people have to get to work". Terrible service at this post office today. I was concerned that when the man put the label on it was slightly covering my daughters name as she lives in halls her name has to be visible. He then started on a tirade about how they knew what they were doing. I replied that he didn’t have to be so rude and that made it worse. Would give no stars if I could. They need training in customer service. Never going back

Terrible customer service.Arrived 2 minutes after I received a text to say parcel had arrived, man had just shut up shop and refused to give me my parcel, saying he wants to watch the football".Disgraceful."

I use this post office everyday for my work parcels and I can not speak highly enough of the staff and the service that they provide. They are always so friendly and their service is so efficient. Highly recommended

Two parcels sent from this post office first class and both were never received also heard from other sources they've had that experience, not too keen on the insincere looking woman dealing with post , I'm guessing she or they are stealing parcels
