George and his team renovated my 3 bedroom semi detached house which was my late grand mother's that I purchased off my family. When he took it on it had very bad walls electrics and plumbing were very old and was in need of a complete refit.I was half way through stripping the house when he came to look at the project.I knew after meeting a couple other builders that George and his team was the people for the job.George is very easy to deal with has a great work ethic and is very approachable. He is very detailed and will go out of his way to help and make things cost effective for the customer.The team are very friendly and Neil who is the project manager for George is a lovely guy and put our minds at rest when we had the renovations carried out and reassured us are house was better than described.George created plans for my house for where the electrics and plumbing would be situated which included location of new central heating, heaters where the electrics would be going and where I wanted the sockets lighting etc.My house has been fully refurbished with new plaster skimming where applicable and repairs to plaster work that was in very poor condition. George's team also installed a new kitchen for me and his contractors installed a bath room suite and cloak room WC suit for me too.I also had new windows and doors fitted which George and his team and contractors carried out in tandem.Along the way George pointed out a few recommendations that the property could do with whilst we had the ceilings down to strengthen the structure which I was most appreciative of. I also had George fit metal struts to the main wall of the house as it was leaning.George and the team are a safe pair of hands and I would recommend them in a heart beat and they also sorted any niggles we had after the project.

They did a great job building our house. Everything was built with great attention to detail and quality. Great communication and the build was actually completed slightly before plan - which was a great bonus!

Quality build by Quality Builders! – completed a build to a First floor extension, including demolishing an existing structure and fully rebuilding to meet drawings & specifications.I cannot thank or recommend all the team from Cloud9Homes enough! It’s been a complete pleasure to deal with such a dedicated & professional team from quote to sign off.What was important for us initially was to find a local company that could actually provide us with a Proper Quote with details broken down (not another one-page quote with no detail).After seeing the detailed quote we could easily see that we was going to be working with a company that has high standards and attention to detail as a primary focus.The builders that worked on our extension were very courteous and pleasant at all times, they fitted in well with our neighbour’s and passers-by, we have received a few complements about them over this past few months too. The team worked extremely hard and sometimes in awful conditions, but that never stopped the team from pushing on and getting the job done. The job was overseen by a dedicated team leader who adequately project managed all aspects of the build throughout.Quality wise, as we expected we was not disappointed, the build just looks great!One big take I have learnt over the years is you can always get something cheaper but that’s no substitution for quality! especially when it could end up costing you more. Cloud9homes did manage to deliver to budget and that was really reassuring and proves that the initial planning is well worth the time & hassle.10 out of 10Mr & Mrs Moore

My home was built by Cloud9 Homes 5 yrs ago. I can't fault them in any way and would be happy to sing their praises to anyone .Local residents who watched the house being built were very impressed. The builders were polite and pleasant to have around.Quality builders .

We had work carried out in our garden ( steps and fencing ) and the whole experience was absolutely excellent. We were kept informed at all times and the work was completed quickly and efficiently and the guys always left it as tidy as possible. They were very pleasant and professional and did a greatjob.
