My daughter has been attending here for almost five years now. It's fantastic, excellent teachers, ethos, atmosphere and she has really benefitted from the training. Highly recommended.

Excellent classes for both kids and adults. My daughter loves the Lil' Dragons class. The instructors are fantastic with the kids. I've been training for about 9 months myself and my fitness level had improved drastically.

I cant sing the praises of this club enough, both Children are members of the club and Squad, which has been so rewarding to them both helping to reach their goals. My wife is an instructor with the little dragons. I joined the club last sept as I felt left out , its a great place to make new friends learn new skills and improve your fitness and most of all have fun. The team of instructors are brilliant, whatever your level or skillset they will help you along the way. why don't you come alone and give it a go

Would highly recommend Fife Kick-boxing to everyone. I attended the Adult classes - where Craig and the Instructor Team were very friendly, approachable and patient with me (my first time trying any form of Martial Arts).Everyone in attendance was also friendly, encouraging and readily giving advice.Really felt the community spirit within the club, and would be fantastic for anyone seeking to improve their fitness, knowledge of self defence and mental resilience.Also very impressed by Fife Kickboxing’s very swift and efficient communications with me.

My son has been attending FKSDA since he was 4 and a 'lil dragon' he's now a 7 year old junior warrior, he's recently had his first belt grading which he was so proud of, and he looks forward to his classes every week. The club was great during lockdown, still providing zoom classes and then outdoor classes when restrictions allowed. Their communication has been great throughout the time we've been there and I'm sure we'll be customers of theirs for a long time to come

My 6 year old attends Little Dragon classes at Fife Kickboxing. He has been going for a couple of years now and always looks forward to it. Staff are all very friendly and the kids all seem to have a good time. Recommended.

I really enjoy both my KickFit and Kickboxing class! Fantastic people, great team made me feel so welcome when I just started. The best place to improve your skills, boost your confidence, get in shape and meet very nice people. The only thing you gonna regret is that you didn't start earlier!

My son who is now 7 has been going to kickboxing here for a few years now (pre covid) and he loves it! He looks forward to his class every week and hates if he has to miss a class. The sensei’s are so helpful and always happy to answer any questions and always update with a wee newsletter so parents are apart of it, recently they had a event where the parents came to class and joined in.If you’re thinking of putting your wee one into kickboxing I highly recommended FKSDA they will love it!

Both my kids have been at kickboxing with FKSDA since they were 4, they absolutely love it here!! The Sensei’s are brilliant with the kids and make it so much fun whilst teaching them discipline and respect. I would highly recommend to anyone
