I cannot fault this company they have extremely helpful and professional with every aspect of my purchase. I highly recommend them. Nice to deal with a company that know what customer the service means, the ladies I spoke to on the phone were brilliant. And the furniture is beautiful.

I'm happy with the outdoor lounge set I got from these guys. The quality is great, and it looks stylish in my garden, making it picture-perfect - just the thing I was looking for.My friends and neighbors loved it and asked where I got it. I can now chill outdoors and enjoy the sunny weather. My sister is getting married soon, and I'm thinking of buying a set for her patio. Hopefully, you'll have a sale. Fingers crossed!

Found a really stylish outdoor table with an integrated fire pit there!We’d been looking for a stylish fire pit for a while. Never thought that it was possible to find a combined solution and kill two birds with one stone.Really impressed with the style of the solutions you offer! We ordered a large amount of Kettler outdoor furniture from this company.Three pieces came damaged, although the initial response from the company was prompt and they assured me they would replace the damaged items quickly, this did not happen.I have spent over a month ringing/ emailing chasing the replacements.Their delivery company, Panther, are shocking- the staff are extremely rude and aggressive.I have waited in four times now for items to be delivered.It has taken four attempts to have the three pieces delivered and on the last occasion they have refused to collect the damaged piece, meaning that I will now have to ring again and arrange another collection.

Well what can I say.....5 ******** !!!!!!!!!!!!We ordered a Mulberry fire pit 4 seat set which was delivered very quickly from order and received by the courier firm on Friday. We set about putting the furniture together on Saturday only to find the glass top had been broken in transit. After a VERY short telephone call and a return call, the replacement was arranged to be delivered on Sunday. The replacement glass arrived on Sunday morning, was unpacked and fitted all satisfactorily.Nothing was too much trouble - an absolute delight to deal with such a respectable company.PLEASE PLEASE check this business out before using any other !!!

Currently still waiting on an item that was ordered months ago. originally order was due at the beginning of May, then delay after delay and excuse after excuse. Still waiting for this furniture and even now can not be given a date when we will have it, and not so much as an offer (as yet) of some money back (other than a full refund) which doesn't help me (but would allow the company to resell the furniture). Will never order from this company again and would urge others to be wary.

Can’t be happier, we bought the Palau sofa set and it looks amazing and is really high quality. I had quick and clear responses to all questions by gardenfunriture.co.uk with good advice before I ordered. Delivery was arranged ahead of time on a date that suited me and arrived on time which is amazing currently. Would definitely recommend.
