Sports Direct

Got the pair of sports shoes wanted but with little/no help from staff. The shop is badly laid out with footware all over the place. Advised to shop on line!! Do they want to work?

Rubbish customer service. Wanted to try on a pair of trainers. Balding blonde guy with the long hair went to get some. He mumbled something about them and when I asked what he said, he repeated it slowly to me as if I was stupid. They really cannot be bothered...

I wouldnt buy anything from sport direct unless i know that im 100% sure im not going to return it for whatever reason. They hav a no refund policy and only credit note. Which is ok... but then i feel that few months ago the policy was different.also last time they asked for my orginal card when i needed refund on a shoe that didt fit me. But its werid i paid with google pay but they cldnt refund me back same way i paid...ermmm y??? i dont kno why but i feel like there is always some messing around when it comes to refund. So im not very happy about this. And its not the first time its happened alot that i needed to post this because i wish someone had warned me

I popped into the Chester shop today, very pleased with the service that I got at the tills. The young lady was very pleasant & very polite....she's a credit to your store.Steve

OK, for a branch of Sports Direct. Plenty of choice, particularly with regards to football boots. When you can find a member of staff who isn't a security guard, they are pleasant and helpful.

So dirty... all the white sports bras covered in dust

Not at all impressed with the service i received from this store last weekend. I brought my 7 year old son in store to get his football top printed. The young girl radio'd upstairs, the man replied yes but wont be ready till 4pm. It was 13.30 at the time, i was more than happy so said yes. To then be asked by the two girls behind the till Did i buy the top from the store??? I confirmed i brought it in sports direct but in Plymouth, to then be told NO!!! if i didn't buy it from that store they wouldn't do. And they kept to their word. They refused to do it. Absolute disgrace!!!! I use sports direct weekly, this really shocked me!

Awful service I ask if they had a trainer size, assistant scanned said no and didn't ask if he could help or assist just walked away dreadful customer service

Staying in Chester got some Slazzenger t shirts realising my mistake got the wrong size as they were a different style to what I sometimes get, staff were great sorted me out with exchanges for them, also asked about suitcases and the young lad was really helpful, one of the best sports direct we've been in all the staff we saw there really nice and friendly

Plenty of choice in most now a days each time you go good prices for medical excellent choice this year 2023 colours some but getting better merry xmas
