The quality of nails is good, service is '0'.The nail artists do not smile or say hello.The male who did my nails slammed my hand on the table because I told him to shorten the size of the extension. Will not be going back

I got my nails done here quite a few times. And everytime I did my nails here there was a problem, the most recent time I went was last week has my nails done and the result one week later is disgusting. 4 of my nails broke off and two of them has broken down the middle only my bail which is very painful and this wasn't the first time. I find there staff very rude. Everytime I come in for a full set they want to charge extra for everything! The powder they use for nail extensions is like it snaps in half so easily. I did no heavy lifting just normal day to day. On one occasion they had a bust up with my friend in the shop when shes done her nails there plenty times before and they treated her very badly and not as a costumer too. People come in for a pleasant experience too. And the experience with them is awful. I'm scared to even tell them the sort of nails I want because they go extortionate when it breaks off any way and leaves me in pain! NEVER AGAIN

Better ones in Basildon. Decent price and get the job without a faff. Do not go to anyone else around cos the others are horrible. I’ve tried all of them but definitely will come back to them.

I've been getting my nails done here for 4 years even though I've now moved away from Basildon. The staff are very friendly. Service is professional and good quality and the salon is lovely and clean. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait as they are very popular but they work fast and efficiently. Prices are very reasonable too. I won't go anywhere else.

i am disappointed with this place, they kept shouting at my ADHD sister because she was getting tired of sitting there, and i did not even want to pay them how much they charged me. £40 for acrylic and a few wavy lines for a child is a rip off. and even worse they messed up the nails when doing them.

Longest running nail shop in Basildon... quick service competitively priced... got these amazing pink and white ombre done at Top Nail after many other shops in the town said they couldn't do these type of nails

Awful place, you book an appointment, then have to wait an hour or more so no point booking!!!! Avoid

Got for a pedicure manicure £63.And I will not go back.Manager was rude and unprofessional. You are charging customer high price but you only want cash payment. You don't allow transfer. And no card machine in 2022.???You talking down to the younger generation. Speaking loudly in your own language. I am 40 and you dealt with me as if I was 15. I put one star because of the lovely lady who reassured me. I will not recommended to any of my Homeowners friends. It looks like taxes are not declare fully hence the cash only policy

very un friendly environment, nails are not done correctly and way too far away from cuticle

My technician was nice but the nails were bad. I had gel french manicure for a wedding and they chipped within 24hours and later two more have peeled. Not happy to spend £28 on a manicure that didn’t last a week.
