Rang up to get a puncture repaired. An appointment was booked for the same day(due to lockdown) and as well as an inner tube replacement, the time was taken to find the source of the puncture, wheel tape was replaced, brakes were readjusted and even a bit of grease onto the chain!Fantastic, attentive service for a great price, I'm definitely going back (But hopefully not too soon)!

I found Re-Cycle Bristol when I was searching for a Dyna-tech road bike. I 'phoned about the bike and instantly got a good vibe from talking to Frank. I travelled 130 miles to his shop and without hesitation bought the bike. The service was just brilliant and I can not reccommend this shop too highly. After sales has been beyond the call of duty too; only too willing to help find parts and send them in the post. Wow.

Couldn't say enough about the professional, fantastic service received. Frank was very helpful and informative, when it came to picking the right wheelchair. Would definitely highly recommend to others.

Frank got my bike back on the road within a few days during the lockdown period, when other repair shops had turnaround times of several weeks. Excellent service!

Visited yesterday morning looking to buy a bike but the shop was still shut at 10 a.m. A lady arrived to open the shutter but that's all she was doing. Asked if she knew when the shop was opening but she said it was not regular hours. Rang the contact number on the sign outside but no answer. So it appears don't turn up expecting it to be open.

Can't praise enough, awesome service from Frank. Really knowledgeable honest and very conscientious. Assembled my bike to perfection. Collected and delivered the same day. Prices very competitive, in fact Franks prices are the lowest I could find anywhere in Bristol. Very pleased. Thank you Frank.

Re-Cycle Bristol provided an outstanding service when I had a breakdown recently. Whilst cycle touring in the south west and in a rush to complete my journey, I broke 4 spokes on the back wheel after tackling some of the tougher parts of the national cycle trail.I called Re-Cycle and the mechanic told me to come straight in. He replaced the spokes in record time and also made a couple of adjustments to the gears. The quality of the work was second to none and at a very reasonable price.I cannot thank these guys enough. An outstanding friendly service from an extremely competent mechanic. If I lived in the south west I’d be sure to use this company for all my cycle needs.

I have used this shop quite a few times over the years and I find the service always professional and polite. As the owner runs also a mobile bike service it is recommend to call before pop in to book any kind of work. I highly recommend this place

Very very helpful shop! I came in to get a inner tube changed not long before closing time. The gent who helped me out was very quick and helpful, and was happy to help just before closing time which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend for friendly and quick service.

I have far too many bikes at home including two tandems but my favourite bike is the one Frank made for me. The frame is about thirty years older than all my other bikes but after an application of Colzie magic it looks amazing. When I was looking for a new bike on the cycle scheme I had real difficulties because none of the bikes I tried measured up in quality or riding enjoyment to my Frank Colzie single speed. Just be aware it can be a bit addictive, you may find yourself with far too many bikes. I can't recommend Frank enough for service, friendliness and overall value for money
