Rang Jamie with a problem with our drains, he was out within the hour, very polite, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable showed us exactly what he was going to do, showed us on the camera the blockage had been cleared, excellent service. Would highly recommend

Would highly recommend TFD.Jamie is a real professional and nice bloke, the sort who will not leave until the job is done and he came half an hour earlier than expected as he knew we were desperate for the job to be done. Prices was more than reasonable (especially compared to the big companies). 100% satisfied with a great job done.

I can highly recommend Jamie. He replaced a soil pipe at my property, which wasn't an easy job. And involved a lot of digging inside the lounge. I had 2 other companies out to look at the job, and still not managed to have the work done. Jamie came out straight away, assessed the job, unblocked and cleared the pipe, and gave me a quote. Well below what I expected. The equipment Jame has is exceptional, in comparison to other companies, his camera equipment gives a clearer picture than any others I have seen. And other companies will charge you for specialist equipment to pinpoint where a blockage is in the pipe. Jamie doesn't charge extra for this.I wouldn't use any other drain company other than Jamie. He's a true gentleman and honest with his pricing. It was a pleasure to meet such an honest reliable and trustworthy workman

I looked on line and for some reason chose Tru Flow Drainage. I feel lucky I chose this particular firm because from telephoning them with our problem of blocked drains, they made an immediate appointment and solved the blockage with no problem within a couple of hours. The previous firm I had told me I needed a new pipe and quoted £500 for the repair. I hadn’t trusted him and didn’t take this up with him. The owner is a gentleman and very honest and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Tru Flow were incredible when our tenant had really bad drain and sewage issues that went on for months. After trying 3 other companies that couldnt fix it, Jamie was able to come in, detect the issue and get it all sorted in a matter of days. Wish we had contacted them in the first instance! Fantastic job, highly recommended. One very happy tenant again.

If there was 10 stars that what I would give .....Once again Jamie rescued our garden, from a botch up job that was done, this was a big job with drainage systems being put in, and lots of other work/faults that Jamie found along the way. We now have a dry garden no water log,A great job , thank you so much!

All quotes and communication is managed through an office, so no chasing is needed. Quote was good, engineers were efficient, timely, polite and very tidy. Big job done in less that two days!
