I can highly recommend Lantic Building Consultancy, they provided us with an exceptional service during our recent purchase in Bristol.Lantic were excellent from my very first contact. Justin was our surveyor, he guided us through the various types of RICS survey available and recommended the best option for this particular type of property.We needed a fast turnaround for the survey, as we had a relatively short exchange deadline. From my initial contact, Justin had liaised with the estate agent and property developer, carried out the survey and supplied the initial snagging report within 7 days. The full RICS Level 2 report followed a few days later. This was outstanding service, allowing us to proceed at pace.Following on from the survey report, Justin was always on hand to give clear advice for the items requiring attention. Some of the work was complex and took time to rectify. Justin was happy to revisit the property several times to check that the work had been carried out correctly. It was extremely reassuring for us to know that everything was checked and signed off before exchange of contracts.I will not hesitate to use Lantic Building Consultancy again in the future.

Justin has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. I was concerned about the roof of the property and Justin explained his plan and backup for inspecting it prior to accepting his quote. His survey was very thorough and he has been great in answering questions that both myself and my solicitor had weeks after he actually conducted the survey. I would certainly recommend!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Both Justin and Dan were very quick at replying to emails. Justin carried out a Level 3 building survey for us and managed to fit it in quickly due to a cancellation he had. The report and recommendations were very thorough and Justin has continued to provide support helping to interpret the follow on specialist surveys recommended. Would 100% use again.

We asked several surveyors for prices to carryout a level 2 survey and Lantic Building Surveyors price was competitive.All communication was clear and the survey report was promptly available the day after the survey was carried out.Justin Tyson carried out our level 2 survey and we were very impressed by the length and detail of the report.
