The most amazing service for a 1st birthday. We had a pink princess bouncy castle, ball pit and soft play which was delivered on time, for a really great price and with impeccable pleasantries. Thank you so much, the best supplier in Essex! x

We used Ellis Leisure for our daughters 5th birthday party at home yesterday, from the customer service to delivering/collecting of the bouncing castle was of an exceptional service. We called a few companies before finding Ellis Leisure and they weren't very helpful in terms of knowing which bouncing castle would work in terms of our oddly shaped grass area in the garden, however Ellis Leisure took the time out for us to understand what size was needed due to this and therefore went purely on this customer service that we received, as other companies were quite rude when we asked questions. Keep up the great customer service! We will be using them again and again! Thanks Ellis Leisure!

Excellent staff and great with children. A member of staff was very patient with my autistic daughter. Allowed her time to gather her confidence and come down the slide. His kindness made all the difference. Great day out!

Took my 6 and 12 year old to the inflatable fun day at Deanes in half term and both enjoyed it thoroughly. Really well laid out and a great little magic show as well and balloon making was very clever!!!

Fantastic company that provide not only a huge selection of castles for private hire but run brilliant events in local parks. Staff are superb and any events I've attended have been a cracking day out.

Hired the medium slide for my sons birthday. Was delivered on time and in great condition. Set up quickly and safely. Collected on time and bearing in mind it was a long hot Sunday the team were friendly and polite. Would definitely use you guys again. Thanks so much!

Hired soft play and a bouncy castle for my daughter birthday and would 100% reccomend them. Quick and easy to book. Friendly staff and very affordable. Will be using again.

Worse experience ever ! High price for nothing. Try to explain to a kid of 4 years old that he is not allowed to go on bouncing coze I can't pay stuped money of 18 £ to go on all rides . 11 per kid they think is not enough.
