With friendly staff and a great choice of cards plus additional gifts this is a great little card shop. If they don't have what you want they will order it it, a fab selection of balloons chocolates etc wonderful shop.

Bought a number 8 balloon for my Son's birthday, it deflated in less than 4 hours. Took it back to the shop and was fobbed off - apparently it's the fault of the customer if the balloon deflates. I was told they inflate them then keep them at the shop for an hour to ensure that it isn't faulty; I was in and out of the shop in 5 minutes. They took no responsibility and no refund or replacement was offered. The least one would expect is a proper apology. Poor experience in terms of the quality of the product and customer service

Will never shop here again. Went in to buy birthday present and was immediately confronted by sales personnel, who proceeded to insist on offering input despite me stating that I wanted to browse first. Felt so uncomfortable and pressured. Had to give one star to post

Unimpressed. Blonde woman that served me needs customer service training. Asked politely about a very basic item and got an unhelpful and disinterested response (she was more concerned about whether her colleague in the back was making her a tea or coffee.) When paying (for overpriced items), again, got a rude attitude. So much for supporting local businesses I’ll stick to ordering greeting cards online, thanks.

The woman behind the cashier needs customer service training. She had no change for my note, but made it sound like she's doing me a favour for allowing me to use her card payment machine for something below £25.
