Excellent service when purchasing a new suite. Delivery was before expected date and the delivery men were especially good! They set up the two sofas and removed the packaging. Very friendly, efficient service!

Leekes Cross Hands is always my go-to store when searching for good quality furniture.Called in today and purchased a large sofa plus two dining chairs for an excellent price.A big thank you to Greg, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to the company due to his fantastic customer service skills.

We initially went in to look at bathrooms, but wandering through the sofas one caught our eye so we sat on it. We were immediately acknowledged, and with no pushy sales talk, offered help and information by Greg. He was very helpful, told us about the offer prices, checked stock and put a package together for us as certain items were discontinued and not in stock. It was all organised very quickly and efficiently including delivery. No stress. No pushy sales talk. Just professional and pleasant customer service. Thank you Greg.

Just recently bought a new carpet for our lounge and also at the same time new LVT flooring for our hallway. We were served by Paula Petley in the carpet and Flooring section and she was brilliant. Even under the pressure of waiting customers behind us, she was very professional and went through our exact requirements and order in great detail. Well done and thank you for an excellent service.

Great place, no food on when we went unfortunately, but cake and tea were lovely. Also bought a fabulous sofa. Staff friendly and helpful..

A vast warehouse style shop for everything in the home including a large DIY section with lots of materials B&Q don't sell. It's all fairly high quality with no poor quality budget items. The prices are slightly on the high side otherwise I would rate 5. Great staff service who are really knowledgeable.

Ordered chicken Caesar salad it said with Parmesan and croutons it didn't have any, service was very slow waited over half hour for the salad. Was going to have a coffee after food but the service was so slow didn't bother. The shop was so cold we were going to browse but it was so cold we left. What has happened to leeks used to be a great store with a lovely cafe that's not what we experienced today.

We would like to say a big thank you to Katie and Greg, 2 staff members at Leekes who went the extra mile in their customer service. Greg was our no-nonsense, yet knowledgeable salesman who would source all facts and figures for us. Katie became our main point of contact during our customer experience and journey, and was so incredibly helpful throughout, she demonstrated a clear passion and enthusiasm for her job role, which made the whole experience so much more fun and enjoyable.

Went to Leekes in Cross Hands and spoke to Adrian to design and purchase a new bathroom. He couldn't have been more helpful with the design, detail and talking us through it all. The problem came when we were recommended their fitter for the Swansea area. As the fitter was recommended by Leekes we assumed they must be excellent. So were quite happy to use them. We couldn't have been more wrong the fitter was late, kept cancelling, when I challenged him on all this after 3 weeks of not being completed he was rude and stopped answering my calls and messages. I had to get a new fitter to complete the bathroom at extra cost.Complained to Leekes, which was quite difficult to get a reply or answer. When I did all I got was they were not employed by Leekes only recommend so there was nothing they could do. The fitter that they recommend has now been taken off their list which says to me they were not good enough to recommend in the first place! Still nothing from Leekes.Be careful when using their recommended fitters! There will be no help if you do and it all goes wrong.
