DHL Parcel UK Depot

Were put in charge of delivering an expensive item that, how shall I put it, many people would be happy to own but don't want to pay for". So it was no great surprise when I got a notification that it had entered the depot on 3rd December

I only gave them 1 star because you can't write a review otherwise. I'm sure the employees of this company have many skills and talents outside of work, but at delivering parcels they excel not. 2 blank cards through the door, confusing updates on the website so I had no idea where the parcel was, turned up at the depot to be told it had been returned to sender. Absolute faff and total lack of communication. Use Royal Mail.

Absolutely atrocious customer service I can’t understand why anybody would use this service to send a parcel

Awful service and hard to find. Either they have no system for storing parcels and the guy had to go through 300 of them to find mine, or else the staff are so lazy and disrespectful that he went for a coffee instead of retrieving my parcel.

Like most people reviewing this company my experience was very disappointing. Informed parcel would be delivered between 11:57 and 12:57. I arrived home at 11:45 to find note saying driver had attempted to deliver. Phoned number on the card, had to hold on for 10 minutes to speak to someone who said driver had attempted delivery at 11:58. So he was claiming to have made the delivery whilst I was on the phone to the company with the note in my hand! I hate being lied to.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service cant actually speak to anyone human. I missed a delivery on Monday said it was going to be delivered on Tuesday waited in the entire day didnt come waited in all the next day didnt come changed delivery to the Thursday didmt come emailed dhl and got told it was waiting to be collected for depot even though I hadn't asked to collect it because I live no where near the depot I asked for redelivery DHL then told me it would be out for delivery the next day never got a text saying was with delivery driver so emailed them again and said was at the collection depot. This is almost 5 days of waiting when it's my sons birthday presents so he now won't have anything all because dhl are too stupid to just redeliver as I requested

can i give a ZERO start rating?I'm sat in the house waiting, i get a text saying they tried to deliver the item, they NEVER tried. They lied.I call the office, they hang up on me...... FURIOUS!!!!

Difficult to give a review of this as I should of had a delivery on 2 separate days, waited, it didn't arrive so they sent me an email to collect.I went, they couldn't find it.Rearranged for another attempt at delivery.The staff member was helpful as could be.But I did see other members of public receive their items.The collection area needs updated, better signs for public.

They park their full HGV's and trailers in very dangerous places on the valley. 3 near misses within our company pulling out of our car park. Been like this for years and nothing is getting done. If anyone has a really bad accident I'll be sure to point them in your direction.
