We have been customers of Grand Dry Cleaners Ltd for many years and have always been absolutely delighted and completely satisfied with all aspects of their work. They are a most professional, hard working and reliable couple and we fully recommend their services.

I have been going to Grand Dry Cleaners for years, lovely couple, good service and excellent at hemming evening dresses, would definitely recommend especially the alteration service.

I took my suit to Grand Dry Cleaners and they did a good job. The stains apparently disappear, my suit was turned to new and in addition to that they also gave 2 pounds reduction in the actual price of dry cleaning suit.Will i recommend their service? Yes I will definitely recommend this family run business.

Been using them for years on & off not very customer friendlyPrevious owners were lovelyTook in a dress sat owner not there said to young girl about how much I usually pay said to call me if there is an issue with price, dress to be taken up I usually pay around £7-£8 although he has tried to up the amount times before, on collectionThis time though he wanted £12 which is ridiculous he got really angry shouting I said I refused to pay that much as was an extortionate price and reminded him I usually pay around £7-8, he wasn't having any of it but I refused to pay- agreed with his wife £8Wasn't even taken up enough and I pinned it..Will never ever use him again, man in tooting market charges between £1.50 -£2 please tell all your friends and he does it there and then it within 20 mins

Hopeless! Had someone covering the shop that gave me a price of £4.50 which was written on ticket. I had 2 items for mending and she was unable to give me price. Was told to leave them and owner would give me a ring on Monday with the price before doing the work. Never heard from owner. When I went in again a week later he told me they couldn't fix but no one had bothered to ring to let me know! They also said the price I was quoted at £4.50 for a dress was wrong and it was actually £10. A little bit of a difference. They didn't honour it and still demanded £10 which was crossed off on ticket and £10 written in its place. Shoddy customer service. Told them I wouldn't be returning and will now take my business elsewhere.

Great local business, am regular customer and have used many times. Clearly providing high-quality service and always on time. Good value pricing. I use them and have no reason to go elsewhere

I am furious, handed in my Canada goose Jacket and got asked to collect it in 5 days, the guy quoted me £12 as it had the hood with fur but I took it off and laughed at me saying such an expensive jacket and your trying to save your money.Went back to collect my jacket and saw ALL my buttons broken off and the women had the audacity to say I followed the instructions when she clearly didn’t. She went to have a look in the dryer to see if the buttons were there and then said machine had dissolved them! Meaning she didn’t follow the dry cleaning instruction which says on their website to turn the coat around zip it and dry clean below 30 degrees. I don’t even know what she did and said go speak to the manufacturer. The coat comes with warranty but if put in washing machine the coat warranty isn’t accepted. I said there is still one stain here and she said yh there was many??? What the hell am I paying you for then to ruin my coat?I only had this jacket for a year and she wasn’t even polite. I’m glad I took the good off with the fur otherwise the coupe would have damaged that as well.I wish I had checked the reviews before going to the cleaners, super annoyed and wouldn’t recommend anyone with expensive clothes to give it in their hands!

My lace dress came back with a rip and a hole in it. (The rip had been sewed up with matching thread but I noticed it). Was only worn once and now it's for the bin. Will never return to this dry cleaners.

Dropped a suit off at this dry cleaners asking for a same day service as I needed the suit that evening. All it really needed was a bit if an iron but I decided to have the full service. Got my ticket and was told to go back after 4pm.Went back at 4:30pm only to be told that she forgot to put it in". When asked when it would be ready I was told Monday! They did not attempt to find a solution to the problem that they created AT ALL. All he kept doing was looking at the clock

Not so grand dry cleaners !! Terrible unreliable service. The owners are not there Friday Saturday. The cover staff have no clue. Clothes which are meant to be back on x date aren't and you have to wait until after the weekend to find out where they are. They are completely disorganised. I won't be using again
