This is the third time I have used Cope for a family funeral as I know what service I will receive. Each time Hilary has dealt with me and her caring, professional nature is highly commended. I have always chosen the New Concept funeral as I like the intimacy of the chapel of rest and the fact that you aren't rushed. The chapel of rest is beautiful peaceful and you are always made to feel so welcome at the funeral home. I always recommend Cope to people.
