I've used this guy before as has my family and he has always been excellent and very polite unfortunately he agreed to do a job at my parents house and failed to turn up or ring to say there was an issue I am very surprised and disappointed in him as I thought he was responsible and cared about his customers obviously I was very wrong if you do not want to do a job say you don't want the job and don't waste people's time and have the decency to call if you are not going to attend for the job but there are plenty other responsible company's out there to take his place so that side of things isn't an issue
