River Palace

Got married on the 17th July and was let down on my big day! Was given such high hopes, the welcome sign was missing, there was no fruit platter or candy cart as discussed in our meeting, the drinks were warm & the appetisers(samosas & spring rolls) were cold. It was terribly understaffed and the service was very slow! So disappointed & upset my big day was ruined.

Attending an eid function. Was reasonable size perfect for events and weddings. Stalls where nicely set up but to close together.

We book river palace for a mehndi function .we book it through person name Shahid .we book the hall 3month before the mehndi .but a week before Shahid change the price .he ask us to pay 3 times more the price we agreed .that was biggest stress we got from him .It is hard to book a hall 1week before specially in covid. we try to convince him to give the 2 price which was too much .but what else we can do .His attitude was bad towards us .at one point he stop answer our phone call .my sister who was bride got too much stress due to him .she wants everything goes amazing and was planning for it from last year .i wish I can give him 0 star.badly disappointed . never go there .

Never intend to book a party here, usually cancel 2 weeks before your party. 1 is to accept cancellation and 2 is to be pressured. Even if you have paid in advance. avoid avoid

It was nice small wedding hall. It would have been nice if they had the heaters on.

Don't go by what it looks on the outside. There is a huge party hall inside. The planner Sheraaz is great and listened to all our needs and requirements. Even gave good suggestions when things didn't go as planned. An overall great location and venue to party's, weddings etc

Great venue, was decorated fabulously for the Islamic Relief Charity dinner.

There are 2 disabled toilets. 1 was so dirty it made me sick. The other was free and clean. I.went in and the door closed. The doors entire lock was missing and i got locked in. With a baby. No signs nothing.y hisband had to free me with a dinner knife as no staff was around. The place also has no parking. Not coming back.

Very nice place to hold events, staff are very friendly and helpful. This place allows outside food
