Very poor service. After paying for this expensive postage, I am not at all happy with the service I received! I received no tracking information as to when my parcel had been dispatched. Therefore I did not know when the parcel was likely to arrive. My parcel was delivered to my neighbours- even though I never agreed that it would be acceptable to deliver the parcel there as it was of high monetary and sentimental value. I also did not receive a slip or any notification alerting me to where my parcel had been delivered. When I enquired myself to the company where it was days later, then I was told it had gone next door. By that point my neighbours had gone on holiday so I had no access to my parcel- Very frustrating. I contacted the company directly to complain and received 0 reply, even though they were extremely quick to tell me my parcel was next door. Disappointing- therefore I would not recommend this expensive, poor service at all.

Recieved a call confirming delivery address and date. Took a day off work to recieve parcel. Waited in all day not to be updated that parcel was delayed and is coming another day. I had to do the chasing around, no updates given, no call backs. Terrible service
