Finding Flow Parent Coaching
I attended Emily’s workshop on mother rage and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s so important to talk about this and break the taboo and shame around big emotions. Emily created a safe and welcoming space with other mothers for us to share our struggles and learn about ourselves. I came away with a lot more self knowledge and tools to manage my anger as a parent. I can already see the difference.
