Tom turned up at 10:00 o'clock this morning (Sunday) to collect a barely running bike.Came back at 6:45 with running gear rescued and the bike virtually re-built. Will be the first port of call in future. A wealth of expertise he is happy to share, and a real passion for the job.

Appalling service, the guy had no clue about Bosch CX engines, kept asking for detail after detail for weeks, to only end up with an admission that Bosch was not corresponding with him at all. No prices, no warranty advice, nothing. The guy is an imposter. AVOID!

Replaced a cassette and brakes on my bike, within days the brakes fell apart and the chain keeps slipping on the cassette! Tried to contact but avoids all messages and calls, he had even blocked me on his Facebook page! Avoid like the plague!!

Martin is an absolute legend! Cycle Tech UK provided logistical and mechanical support for a day in our attempt to raise money for Sports Relief. His experience and knowledge of cycle events in terms of what was required to support our riders was second to none and we simply wouldn't of been able to complete the event without this support. Martin was great in giving us a half-day bike mechanic course before departing on a long bike packing trip. He's knowledgable, funny and very patient in explaining the finer details of all things bike!

A few months ago now but I contacted Martin to see if he could help with a software update on my Bosch powered EMTB.Martin is Bosch approved (amongst others) and I called round and within 10 minutes I had the bike back and everything updated. Brilliant service, thank you!

Having snapped a spoke I called around a few cycle repair shops who didn't want to know. Martin was excellent, turning around a spoke replacement, a bunch of other adjustments and a service in 24 hours. Great job! Thanks!

Picked up Shimano ebike from my home and got Shimano to replace motor under warranty. All done within a week and now back on it! Very nice guys to deal with and great communications. Thanks Martin

I Owner of BMW Urban Electric bike ,I had problem with battery connection and charging. I have been contacting with helpline and literally couple of minutes later I got response!!!One of the engineer Martin helped me all the way , sort out and solved problem .I’m honestly great full for assistance and help I received.I cannot recommend enoughThank you!!

Unfortunately this time round I am very disappointed with the service I received. My bike went in to have a few things changed, along with my partners bike. I was charged £150 for both bikes to be done, or so we thought. For them to come back worse than what they went there. Martin delivered our bikes back which I’m grateful for. But what I was not happy about is the fact my hydraulic hoses weren’t tightened & the brake fluid leaked all over my flooring. The bike then went back the next day to be sorted. So I thought!! I went out on my bike last Sunday for us to turn around & come home, as the brakes haven’t been bled as Martin told me that had & nearly had an accident due to the brake levers not being sharp & far to spongy. Because of this experience I won’t be using your services again & I just hope this review helps people be aware of the issues I’ve encountered.My partners bike was not set up properly, he then had to fiddle around with the gears himself as they weren’t changing up or down. The bar tape was removed & put back, but without any care or attention as now it needs to be re done. I just feel we’ve been ripped off, but now have to take my bike to another bike shop to have an overhaul as I’m scared about riding it after the near accident I had due to having spongy brakes. Be aware guys. If you can’t trust a qualified bike mechanic who can you trust!!
