Wide selection of fruit and vegetables some unfamiliar to me,dried fruit,nuts herbs and spices cannot praise the staff enough helpful and friendly always ready with a smile and a few words when being served it's makes you feel your really valued as a customer.

Thank You so much for the incredible mixed veg, fruit & salad box you delivered to my parents today. I don't live close to them & as they are senior, they are trying not to have to go out too much. Having Oakesy's deliver to their home is not only a fantastic & safe way to get fresh fruit & veg to their home; but the quality of the produce is outstanding. I will definitely be ordering again. I avoid the plastic wrapped fruit and veg in the supermarkets. This wonderful shop sells my favourite red kale and purple broccoli, as well as decadent Medjool dates. I love how fresh and varied the fruit and veg are. If you are on a budget, buy the fruit and veg outside the shop window. The produce indoors is fresher and lasts longer. Any how. The prices are very reasonable.

Love the produce and love the staff, I'm in here as much as people pop into shops for a cheap meal deal. Fresh fruit and vegetables, nothing better to keep the immune system working in this pandemic, the food here is soooo much nicer than ANY other shop and I have now stopped buying it in other places. Hopefully they can open further shops around Gloucester

We’ve been using Woody’s/Oakey’s for the past month, and their veg is good - decently priced, lasts at least as long as supermarket veg, and doesn’t come with all the extra plastic!

Love this fruit and Veg shop. They are friendly everytime I go in. They have great deals and you will always find unusual fruit and veg that you can't find anywhere else. I have never heard of cyprus potatoes but they sell them here in season and they are lovely.
