Amongst others the company advertise top soil for sale. I ordered from the website and waited for someone to contact me about the payment (not possible via the website), and waited, and waited...nothing. The following day I phoned the company. Softly spoken lady noted my requirement reassuring politely that smne would be in touch to confirm price, take payment, schedule the delivery. Waited again for a whole day for nothing - no phonecall. Thinking that it was me" they had a problem with I asked a friend of mine to make the same order. Again

Appalling customer service from Stuarts Topsoil. I phoned this company three times regarding an order of two bulk bags of soil that I placed online with the promise someone would call me back. It's now three weeks and I've heard nothing. I've ended up going to a rival company that processed my order within the hour!
