Ordered a twin pack of white shirts for a wedding. I asked if these shirts are the ex BHS shirts sold on Amazon which are enormous and not fit for any size child, but they just responded by saying i could return them once received and never answered my question.They were dispatched to Royal Mail 11 days ago but Royal Mail still hasn't received the parcel. I have tried contacting this company by email and through their website as they simply won't respond. There is no phone number which I think should be illegal. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Only sent half my order, not so keen on sending out the missing item, really hard to get hold of and get some sort of response. Really disappointed as their actual products are on.

I don’t even think they deserve 1 star. The first order I received from lister was good but the past 3 have been awful as they keep sending the wrong size. Not only are they sending the wrong size they have written over the original size in pen. I also have had to pay for the shorts to be returned and to keep paying for the delivery. I’m very disappointed and disgusted in this company and will never order from them again.

3rd year that I have ordered shorts which previously have been exactly as the website photo. Good quality, flat fronted shorts, metal Listers tag, branded satin band for sensitive tummies. The ones that have arrived yesterday are rough, fully elasticated and clearly another tag has been cut out of them and the listers label added at a later date. Aside from the fact this false advertising as the product photographed and described is not what has arrived, its pretty shoddy service.Listers do not have a phone number which as dubious to say the least and emails are not answered. Looking at reviews, this is pretty common - as is the label removal.Not happy - and worse I have to pay to return an item which is not as described as they don't provide returns labels - even when it's their fault. This company has gone down hill.

Ordered twin pack shirts for my daughter, needed them today, they are over a week late and they sent a single men’s shirt and also there is no phone number nor is anyone answering to messages on eBay from where we purchased this. I wouldn’t use them again.

Item way too small - the size on the label was not what I ordered and had been crossed out with pen and a different size written on. Not good as I now have to pay for the return when I was sent the wrong size in the first place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! REFUND NEVER GAVE, IGNORED ALL EMAILS.Returned a pair of school trousers with tracked delivery, received proof of delivery from delivery company only for Listers to ignore my emails and not give my refund. Very disappointed as a loyal customer over the years and having purchased many items off Listers previously. Will be warning others not to use this company.

Absolutely disgusted wouldn’t even give one ⭐️.Wrong item sent/ they do not reply to emails/ had to pay return postage and probably won’t get a refund.Will not be going anywhere near this company again!!!Con artists!!!
