Finally did make it to the soft play. Disappointed to see there was no discount given to kids with disabilities. The price overall is very expensive when we add the whole family in. Not much of choices with food options but yes people working there were very friendly and helpful.

DIGUSTING!!If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t bother. The worst soft play in Edinburgh! Paid £6.75. Went in with my 3 year old and wanted to leave after 5 mins. Wanting a refund.Water or was it pee puddles. Dust everywhere. Hairballs. Crisps and crisp packet in the actual soft play. The floor in the seating area, filthy.Never again!!!

Took our granddaughter there to play in the toddler area. She's almost 2 and had lots of fun. We had a coffee and soft drink while she played.

Despite the fact the place is good with several toys and activities to play with, unfortunately the most sections are so filthy and dirty. Especially the baby area has a unbelievably dirty baby chair which the colour from multicoloured turned into a totally black chair. Sticky and smelly… please try to improve the health hygiene standards… Another issue is the heat, where has always been switch off apart from weekends where parties are available. Please heat on. Babies were having cold feet and hands the previous day…

I tend to judge these things using my 5 year old twins as subject matter experts.The fact that I didn’t see them for over half an hour at a time attests to how much fun they had exploring the shop area and the soft play adventure area!Lunch was had at this venue as well. For £3.50 my daughter had cheesy beans on toast, and my son had a cheese sandwich for the same price. Adult sandwiches were about £6 each but came with a side salad.The coffee was pretty decent as well; the venue grinds the coffee beans to make your coffee fresh.To top it off, there was a great view from the window.

It's was a nice time with my family. My baby had fun and didn't want to leave when the time was up. I will surely bring her here more often.
