Really nice place the woman with the scarf who works there was very helpful and even made me a traditional coffee while I was making my decision. Gave me a good discount and invited me back any time for a chit chat couldn’t have asked for better service!!!!

Absolutely brilliant! I’ve been a customer of this jewellery shop for few years now. Every time I walk in staff make me feel very welcomed and put smile on my face. They always have fresh stock and great variety! Today I purchased a beautiful gold set for my mum! Couldn’t be happier.

The older looking lady in hijab at Joory store acted really unprofessional and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't friendly while serving my sister and me today, and didn't seem interested in making any sales. She talked down to us and when we asked about the price of some bracelets, she just said around £400" without checking. Her attitude was condescending and rude

Very helpful and kind staff. Went to sell my bracelet and she gave me such a good price for it and was kind and welcoming. Definitely going there again
