I am absolutely disgusted in the treatment I have just received from the man in this shop. I was struggling with the machine to return the parcel.. I couldn't work out how to line the QR code up. He kept saying follow the instructions. I said the instructions aren't clear he said again follow the instructions it's not my job to show you. This man is getting paid to have this facility in his shop.. I have to now find another drip off point as I didn't trust him to leave my parcel and it get back to amazon. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!
