My daughter broke a Christmas decoration that I paid for but she also charged me for three other decorations that weren't broken that she shown me had tiny chips on that could have already been there. I had also purchased a toy there at the same time. I buy atleast x3 toys from here each week, dont value customers. Absolutely shocking
