Poor quality. Tacos and crunch wraps had a very poor filling. Food was very oily and tasteless. The only edible item was the burritos.

I regret to have to write a negative review as I used to really love Taco Bell, me and my partner would go every pay day. However, I ordered Taco Bell on Friday night, I was missing a portion of fries and my taco was soggy. Then I woke up Saturday morning and threw up what i had eaten from there. I don’t know if this was food poisoning but it does seem weird that I was fine before the Taco Bell and once I threw it up I was fine? I also then put on just eat that I was missing fries and instead of giving me a refund they’ve put account credit and are now saying they can’t give me a refund because they’ve already put the credit on my account. Honestly wish I never bothered ordering in the first place and won’t be eating from there again! The fact it made me sick has put me off completely!

Very poor customer serviceI tried to order on the kiosk but the kiosk’s weren’t working and were white screened, went to the till to order - the lady at the till told me to order using kiosks and when I told her they weren’t working she said “okay” and went to the kitchen and talked to the other members of staff, I waited an extra 7 minutes thinking they’d come take my order or sort out the kiosk, after not receiving any help or service I had to leave the store and go else where. No wonder it’s always empty.

Food is OK but they never label on the packaging. My husband orders meat, I don't. We have to cut everything open to work out what it is. Tonight I ordered Bean Volcano, I didn't get what I ordered, I have no idea what they sent. All I got was a refund, I didn't want a refund, I wanted my dinner! Phone line was constantly busy so I ordered else where.

Very small portion of beef in the tacos, I'd say about half of what other Taco Bell outlets give. The dining area was a filthy mess. I counted six members of staff stood around in the kitchen chatting to one another whilst every table in the restaurant was dirty.... we were the only customers at the time, so who knows when it was last cleaned. This place desperately needs to improve or people will stop going.

Ordered a saver burrito took 20 mins was only customers to serve when I received my food it was cold the eating area smelt of urine and no one had cleaned up not a clean table or seat outrageous and disgusting don’t come her

Absolutely awful was missing half of my order and what was left was ice cold, did not look like anything we orders of the menu was slapped together, absolutely day light robbery do not even answer their phone neither, if there was a 0 star I could press I would have.

We went to Taco Bell while waiting for ferry thinking Thai would be fast food. Unfortunately they took fifteen min when the store was empty and failed to serve us in time. We had to leave before we could be served and after paying

If I could leave '0' stars for the service I would. I ordered via Ubereats and part of my order was missing. I called both Taco Bell and the driver both claimed neither was at fault. Unfortunately I don't see how the uber driver opened the sealed bag and resealed it afterwards without ripping it. I felt dismissed over the phone and the tecobell employee wouldn't even consider they might have made a mistake, she acted like the driver stole the food.

It’s so disappointing to say this for tacobell as i love it very much but unfortunately the customer service is very bad and they say reedemed item not available but when placed through click and collect in app they have the order ready when questioned the manager is leased concerned to even listen to us and he says he cant do anything and doesn’t even say a sorry for their inconvenience
