The worst service ever. We were asked to hire people with our own money to unload the shipment. The parcel was finally returned.

You think a company of this size would be able to invest in the equiptment to unload heavy beer kegs from the Lorry instead of having to roll out the barrels (pardon the pun) so early in the morning waking up all the residents in the neighberhood with such a high level of noise bumping and banging. Show some common courtesy Kuehne & Nagel.
