Three different plumbers before him were unable to resolve a persistent issue we had. Because he specialised in boiler repair, I called him after finding him on Google. Even though he had to travel quite a distance to get to us the next day when he came by, he managed to fix the boiler in about 40 minutes! He was extremely courteous, competent, and thorough in his explanations. Definitely going to use him again.

This was the first time we had worked with this company. We called our home insurance company since we are covered for Home Assistance because we had a significant leak on our boiler. They arranged for Service Plus to see us. First, the boiler engineer arrived, identified the issue (a broken condensate hose), and told us that he would return the following day to install the necessary part. He was very personable, likeable, and professional. He also gave clear explanations of everything. The new part was installed the following day by Boiler Repair. He was also very cordial and competent. Both make excellent representatives for the company. Thank you.
