Horrendous! Picked my £600 promdress up and it stunk of stale smoke, owner refused to help resolve the issue and is overall rude. Told us that this was an excuse for a refund which he didn’t give us! Would not recommend

Fantastic place wouldn't go anywhere else, all my family have had there wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses fitted and done here for years now. Great service very friendly highly recommended.

I'm quite disappointed - I hate putting down local independent businesses, but I took my wedding dress in for a very small alteration and they took no care over it. There's thread in between the two layers of fabric so you can see it, it's not seamless and thread handing out at the top. You would have thought a straight stitch up wouldn't be a tough job to make it perfect. Genuinely upset because it's my wedding dress and wanted care taken over it.

These guys are magicians.I was donated an expensive but ill-fitting suit which now fits like a glove, all alterations are invisible.They also magically increased the waist on my work pants (bought a size too small then wore for a shift so couldn't return).Reasonable prices and excellent communication and turnaround. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you so so much for your repair job on my North Face puffer jacket. The accidentally snagged fabric was replaced with a new panel for no extra cost. I will definitely back with any other alterations or damaged down jackets. Thank you so much for the effort you put in to make the jacket look brand new. Highly recommend. Turned around very quickly for a very affordable price.

Took my sons work trousers in for a new zip, after paying £8.00 it broke after twice of wearing after replacement. Took back into shop. Owner of shop was realuant to replace, but did. When I picked up he told me this is a old zip, we won’t put this zip in....WHAT picked up from you last week, so you must have tried to mend the old zip.....Absolutely fuming how he spoke to me. This time a rubbish zip but you can see they have unpicked the zip last time no sign of any unpicking. Disgusting never go there again !!!!!
