Best juice/smoothie/açai/vegan spot in southwales for sure! Fresh produce, fresh flavours and Jake the owner is always on point with advice and suggestions for cleaner living! Ask for the off menu purple rain you won’t be disappointed :)

Love this place! My friend and I came and tried the vegan sandwiches and fresh juices, they were made fresh by the owner. The owner is super friendly and also gave us some recommendations for our weekend in Barry. A must visit if you are in the area!

On my trip to Wales I found this place looking for juices and beside the juices I wanted I fallen in love with the food. Best vegan sandwiches I tried, now I’m in Mexico and was thinking about them few times and honestly told my girlfriend that we should consider going to Wales again, because I miss those sandwiches.

Cannot rate this place highly enough,We need more healthy places like this and we are lucky to have Mother Nature in Penarth!The overnight oats taste incredible and I can’t wait to try the other great food on offer.From a selfish point I wish it was open earlier so I can grab breakfast before work lolKeep up the great work!

Visited here for the first time today - what a delight! Gorgeous fresh juice, packed with fruit, and a sumptuous sandwich made with vegan Cajun chicken and salad.Great place for a healthy lunch-stop! Lucky people of Penarth ☺️.
