I took juice and coffee a few times. I like Juices and drank tastier, it only tastes like a cheaper ingredient in a recipe, say cucumber. The coffee was delicious the first time, all subsequent times they burned beans in the holder. This means that the barista does not know the process and technology of making coffee.

Overall, it’s a good quality juice but way overpriced. I remember when I paid a lot less for a juice before massive expansion took place.The vibe of the place is great, with good music and a great theme for the interiors. There’s outdoor seating too if you wish to watch the world of Victoria go by, which is nice.There were so many staff behind the counter but zero interaction with customers waiting for orders. Everyone was just happy chatting to each other and ignoring customers.Finally, I believe I saw pre-packaged banana mush being poured into the mixer, so my expensive medium drink wasn’t even made fresh, it was pre-packaged purée.Must try harder, but the taste is good.

Ordered two coffee, waited for 15 minutes still nobody called my name.Went to ask and only to have found out coffee sat on their counter waiting to get cold. A staff claimed that he had called, however, two of us did pay attention but nobody heard. (A staff did say he could make me a new coffee if it is cold)+ Coffee don’t taste great.+ messy table with water/garbage.

I came into this store on a trip to London and encountered 3 young ladies all of whom were well dressed with a friendly and helpful demeanor. The store itself is lively and bright and very inviting. Its not too busy that you can't think or work and its not so quiet that it leaves you wondering. All in all its a very nice store and the smoothies are like happiness and sunshine in a cup!!! Lovely, thankyou ladies.

I recently stopped by JOE & THE JUICE next to Victoria Station and had an amazing experience. The location is super convenient, and the atmosphere is lively and fun. But what really stood out to me was the staff - they were hands down the friendliest I've ever encountered. They were welcoming, helpful, and just all around awesome. And the drinks and snacks were delicious too! If you're looking for a great place to grab a drink or snack in the Victoria Station area, JOE & THE JUICE is definitely the spot. The staff, atmosphere, and menu all make for a fantastic experience.

Hate to have to give a negative review but this is just overpriced muddy water, no coffee here. And at the risk of sounding like an old lady: the music was at a deafening volume and they just disregarded everyone's requests to turn it down. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else.

Very good treatment, we were attended by a guy named Ismael and he is a super attentive and friendly worker. With workers like this it is a pleasure to consume in the franchise. Very good food.
